We’re excited to introduce our newest orthodontist, Dr. Shane Radford!
A recent graduate from Georgia School of Orthodontics, Dr. Radford is excited to join GO Orthodontics and bring his passion and excitement for modern orthodontic treatments and technologies to our team.
“Orthodontics has so many different aspects that excite me, such as the critical thinking involved and the constantly evolving ways that treatment can be carried out. But even more so, I get to know patients and their families as they advance through treatment towards the best part – the reward of seeing that new smile,” says Dr. Radford.
Previous education
Dr. Radford was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but spent most of his life in Southaven, Mississippi where his family now resides. Upon finishing highschool, Dr. Radford attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas, where he completed his Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2014.
From there, Dr. Radford went on to complete his dental education at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale and completed his residency at Georgia School of Orthodontics.
Dr. Radford is an active member of both the American Association of Orthodontics and American Dental Association and believes in continued education to provide the highest level of care possible. He will begin accepting patients in October 2022!
Dr. Radford’s life outside of the office
Dr. Radford shares GO Orthodontics’ values of spending time with family, forming real connections with patients and friends, supporting the community, and living an active and involved lifestyle.
Outside of the office, Dr. Radford enjoys working out, reading, gaming, traveling, supporting the Tennessee Titans and Memphis Grizzlies, watching tv shows and movies (especially Marvel!)
Dr. Radford got married to Falisha Radford in July 2021. Falisha is from Kentucky, and together, they enjoy spending time with their nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
Like the GO Orthodontics team, Dr. Radford is truly dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies, through continuing education and meeting with other orthodontic leaders to share ideas!
